eChallan App is very useful for Tax Collecting Offices/Agenciesunder Government of Himachal Pradesh. It helps the Tax RevenueCollecting Officer to verify and authenticate amount deposited bythe tax payer/citizen. eChallan can be verified byentering/scanning "HIMGRN" no or by entering "Department referencenumber". This app also help in maintaining history of all theviewed eChallans. The detail of these eChallan is available offlinefor later use through "Challan History" menu. Tax payer can alsodeposit tax or fee through "Pay Challan" menu. A citizen candeposit Government money using eChallan by logging on to thesystem. A citizen must have a net-banking account with any of thebanks listed below. This is a 24X7 facility and citizen can makethe payment any time of the day. A citizen can generate the challanonline for manual payment at the bank counter.

PROOF (Photographic Record of On-site Facility) is a mobileappdeveloped for Finance department to monitorworksexecution/activities allocated to different ddo’s ofvariousdepartments. Employees of UT of Jammu and Kashmir government were fullydependentupon DDO’s for knowing their salary details and lot ofpaper wastedon printing of salary slips by DDO’s. With theintroduction ofMeraVetan App the dependency on DDO’s is nownegligible and lot ofpaper usage saved in process. Once app isinstalled in mobile ofemployee using credentials, one can viewsalary details of a monthby selecting particular month and year.Employees can see his totaldeductions, total allowances, net andgross amount of salary alongwith other details. AurZuv Mobile Application is an initiative byDistrictAdministration Budgam towards improving the health carefacilitiesin the district. The objective of this Mobile applicationis GeoTagging of Health centers to facilitate/ enable the citizensinobtaining information about health centers and medicalfacilitiesnearby to them (as and where they are). The secondobjective ofthis mobile app is to collect basic infrastructural,staff &service information about the health centers/institutions tofacilitate their further development. These detailswill come fromthe health institutions directly using the logins tobe provided.The information collected will be helpful forplanning,augmentation, and up-gradation of health institutions ofthedistrict which will help in improving the health facilities inthedistrict. Details that will also be collected/ availablethroughthis Mobile App include Location, Specialization ofConsultants,Medical Services available, and Periodic Servicesprovided. Thereis also a digital notice board facility for medicalstaff.
